Cage Rage 21: Judgement Day was a mixed martial arts event held by the Cage Rage Championships on April 21, 2007 at the Wembley Arena in London, England.[1] It was televised on Sky Sports in the United Kingdom and Ion Television in the United States.[2]

The event was headlined by Tank Abbott vs Gary Turner in the main event. However, Bob Sapp was originally scheduled to fight Robert Berry in the main event. Berry pulled out and was replaced by Turner, and then Sapp pulled out and was replaced by Abbott.[3] Also on the card was Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos taking on James Zikic for the vacant Cage Rage World Light Heavyweight Championship, and two British title fights as British Welterweight Champion Paul Daley looked to defend his crown against Paul Jenkins and British Lightweight Champ Abdul Mohamed faced Ross Pointon.[4]

Epstein defeated Webber via KO (punch) in round 1.
Weir defeated Matsui via unanimous decision.
Rua defeated Reid via TKO (cut on the shin) at 0:28 of round 1.
McSweeney defeated McDonald by majority decision.
Zikic defeated Santos via unanimous decision to become the new Cage Rage World Light Heavyweight Champion.
Belfort defeated Serati via TKO (punches) at 3:47 of round 1.
